We review architectural designs and support architects in defining the sizing and types of emergency stairs, corridors, and doors. We provide full assistance in determining fire compartmentation and calculating fire resistance ratings (FRR).

We carry out inspections, site surveys, and technical audits.

We issue technical reports and certificates, with professional registration (LPS), for obtaining the Fire Department Approval Certificate (AVCB) and the Technical Adjustment Term (TAACB).”
